“This assessment took place between 8 July and 14 July 2025. The service provides care and support to people with a learning disability and/or autistic people in a supported living setting, so that they can live as independently as possible. People’s care and housing are provided under separate contractual agreements. CQC does not regulate premises used for supported living. This assessment looked at people’s personal care and support. At the time of our assessment, the service was providing care and support to 6 people. The service also provides care and support to people living in a care home and is registered as a domiciliary care agency to provide personal care to people living in their own homes. We have undertaken a separate assessment of the care home, details of which can be found on the Care Quality Commission (CQC) website at www.cqc.org.uk. The domiciliary care part of the service was not operating at the time of our assessment.”
