Staff were provided with training and supervision to help them meet people’s needs and to continuously improve and develop in their role. There were enough staff to meet people’s needs. Recruitment practice was safe and only suitable staff were employed by the service. Infection risks were managed well.”

Their care and support was reviewed regularly with them to make sure this continued to meet their needs. People were supported to stay healthy and well and received their medicines when required. Staff made sure people understood their care, to give informed consent.”
