“Date of assessment 6 February to 12 February 2026. Arm2Arm Support Limited is registered to provide support to people living in their own homes. The service supports older people, people with dementia, and people with physical disabilities. At the time of our inspection there were 2 people receiving the regulated activity of personal care. We inspected the service as it had not been inspected since it registered with us.”

“People had detailed information within their care plans to guide staff how to support them. This included information about their interests and things which were important to them. Staff worked well together and spoke positively about how they were supported. People’s consent was sought to provide care, and this was clearly documented. People were supported by staff who had a good understanding of their needs. The service promoted equality, diversity and inclusion through staff training and their policies and procedures. Leaders had a good oversight of the service, had the skills and knowledge to carry out their role effectively, and supported an open and transparent culture.”
