“Safeguarding adults’ policies and procedures were in place to protect people from avoidable harm. Risks to people’s safety were assessed and mitigated. People received support from the same care staff, who received regular training and had the knowledge and skills to undertake their duties. People were involved in their care and staff respected their choices. Staff understood and respected people’s preferences, in line with the Equalities Act 2010.”
