People were supported to provide informed consent, and staff communicated in ways that people could understand. People’s support needs were accurately reflected in their care records, ensuring staff had clear guidance to follow.”

Even when someone new comes, they settle in quickly and get on with it.” There was a strong culture of continuous improvement, with staff given time and resources to explore new ideas. Staff wellbeing was a high priority for the provider, ensuring they were supported to excel in their roles. Leaders and staff shared a clear vision and a culture based on listening and learning.”
