The provider and management team worked well together and shared a belief in providing person-centred care. There was a culture of openness. Governance systems were robust, with clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability. Regular audits and oversight ensure the quality and sustainability of care. The registered manager had a positive and open approach to learning, development and continuous improvement of the service.”
