“The last rating for this service was good (published July 2019). We carried out this assessment as part of our routine schedule of assessments. The rating for this assessment remains good. We found that people were cared for and their needs were met. Staff felt well supported and received appropriate training they need to care for people safely. There were effective systems for monitoring and improving the quality of services and external partners gave us positive feedback about their experiences.”
