“People were supported safely by staff who understood their needs. Risks were assessed and managed appropriately. There were enough suitably skilled staff to provide consistent support. Staff completed training relevant to their roles. Safe recruitment processes ensured staff were suitable for their roles. People's rights were protected. Restrictions to keep people safe were authorised appropriately and applied in the least restrictive way.”

“People's needs were regularly assessed and reviewed. Care plans provided clear information to help staff deliver safe and effective care in line with current best practice guidance. Staff had the knowledge and skills needed to support people effectively and worked closely with health and social care professionals to support people’s health and wellbeing.”
