“The provider had effective systems in place to ensure care was delivered safely, effectively, and in a person-centred way. Risks were managed and support plans reflected people’s individual preferences and needs. Staff were recruited safely and there were enough skilled staff to provide continuity of support. Staff felt supported and valued. Governance systems ensured people experienced good care. Records were accurate and contemporaneous and used to drive service improvements. Managers promoted a positive and inclusive culture.”
