The inspection record
Rated Good overall. Report published 28 August 2026.
“Date of Assessment: 30 June – 7 July 2026. Mi Life Care Services provides care at home; providing support to older and younger adults, including people with physical disabilities, people living with dementia, mental health needs, sensory impairment, learning disabilities and autistic people. At the time of our inspection the service was supporting 85 people with the regulated activity of personal care. This inspection looked at people's personal care and support. CQC only inspects the service being received by people provided with the regulated activity 'personal care'; help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also take into account any wider social care provided.”
“Although the service was not supporting any autistic people or people with a learning disability at the time of the assessment, it applied the principles and values of Right Support, Right Care, Right Culture and other best practice guidance. These ensure that people who use the service can live as full a life as possible and achieve the best possible outcomes that include control, choice and independence. People's support focused on them having as many opportunities as possible for them to gain new skills and become more independent. We inspected this service due to the length of time since our last inspection.”
