“MH Quality Care Ltd is a domiciliary care service providing personal care to people living in their own homes. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive a regulated activity of personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided.”
“The provider was able to demonstrate good levels of knowledge and processes regarding safeguarding procedures. The provider ensured that people with different communication needs had those needs met, and provided accessible information to ensure people were kept informed. People and where appropriate, relatives, told us they took part in care planning and reviews.”

“Staff were well trained and knew how to manage risks associated with people they supported. Staff were recruited safely and received the ongoing support needed from management to work safely and effectively. Although care plans were person centred, not all risk plans were thorough. However, care plans covered information that was not available in risk management plans.”
