People were protected from potential abuse as safeguarding procedures were in place and followed. Infection control was considered. Medicines were managed safely. The principles of The Mental Capacity Act (2005) were understood.”

“People were treated in a kind and caring way by staff they liked and felt comfortable with. Staff were safely recruited and had the skills and knowledge to support people and deliver care at the times people needed it.”
