“Date of inspection: 16 May to 4 June 2025. The assessment was carried out as the service had not been rated since registering. Fixby Healthcare Ltd is a domiciliary care agency. It provides personal care to people living in their own homes.”
“During this assessment we looked at all quality statements. The service was providing regulated activity to 4 people at the time of the assessment. During our assessment we found 1 breach of regulation in relation to governance. We found the provider had failed to operate effective governance systems to ensure there was oversight of the service.”
