These assessments were regularly reviewed to reflect any changes and people and their relatives were actively involved in decisions about the support they received.”

Staff knew how to seek consent, including when people could not communicate this verbally. The staff we spoke with were compassionate and positive about their role. We received positive feedback about the organisation, staff and leaders.”
