“This was the first assessment of the service since it was registered with CQC on 1 December 2022.”
“People received safe and personalised care. They were involved in planning and reviewing their care. People and their relatives were asked about their experiences and able to give feedback on their care to the provider. This feedback was listened to and acted on. The staff were appropriately trained and supported. Staff were happy working for the agency and had a good knowledge of their roles and responsibilities. The service was well-led. The registered manager was experienced and visible. There were effective systems for monitoring and improving the quality of the service.”
