“We assessed the service against ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ guidance to make judgments about whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted. At this assessment we looked at all 34 quality statements and found some areas of outstanding practice.”

“The provider had an exceptional understanding of the diverse health and care needs of people and ensured staff were equipped with the appropriate skills to support these needs. Staff always treated people with kindness and empathy and understood the importance of supporting people to maintain their independence and dignity.”

The provider had a strong focus on continuous learning and improvement across the organisation.”
