The inspection record
Rated Good overall. Report published 24 August 2025.
“Adonai Care Services Ltd is a domiciliary care service providing a regulated activity of personal care. The service was providing care and support to people in their own homes. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. At the time of this inspection, there were 135 people using the service. This was a planned inspection of quality statements under the 5 key questions of safe, effective, caring, responsive and well led. The inspection took place between the 12 and 13 August 2025. Oversight of the service was maintained by the registered manager and the manager; they are both referred to within this report.”
“People were receiving an exceptionally caring service which had consistently exceeded their expectations. A person told us, “I feel very lucky compared to other people and Adonai Care Services Ltd has helped make that happen.” Staff were highly skilled and had been selected by taking their personal values into account, to ensure they aligned with the service’s ethos. “Systems and processes meant people were protected from avoidable harm. There were enough staff, who had the necessary skills and training to provide people with safe care. The service learned from accidents, incidents and events. People had access to health and social care professionals to ensure healthcare needs were met.
