“People were supported in a safe way from a staff group who had an excellent knowledge of their needs. This had resulted in people receiving person centred care. Their independence and life goals were regularly reviewed to ensure people lived meaningful lives. The processes to monitor care at the service were undertaken in line with the provider’s robust quality monitoring systems. This resulted in a coordinated team approach to achieve excellent outcomes for people who lived at the service.”
