We found that the provider was meeting the principles of ‘Right support, right care, right culture.’”

“People received good quality care. People and their relatives spoke positively about the service, noting clear improvements in wellbeing, safety, and quality of life. A relative told us, “Concerns, I can't think of any concerns. I can't remember any.” Relatives felt reassured about the care, staff knowledge and management of the service.”

“People were involved in planning their care, and staff worked creatively to meet individual needs. Care was delivered safely, with clear assessments and detailed plans. Staff received training that was based on the needs of people living at the service. There were enough team members to support people with their daily needs and social activities.”

“Staff were kind, respectful, and encouraged people to make their own choices. Strong relationships developed between people and the staff who supported them. Staff members enjoyed their work and felt supported by the registered manager. People, families, staff, and professionals described the service as well led and the registered managers approachable. People were encouraged to provide feedback which the provider used to improve care.”
