“Manor Court Care Home is a nursing home for up to 111 adults. The service provides personal care and nursing to older adults and younger adults with physical disabilities. There are 4 self-contained units. Only 3 units were occupied at the time of our assessment and 74 people were living at the service.”
“The assessment started on 15 June 2024 and ended on the 25 June 2024. We visited the service on 18 and 19 June 2024. The visit was conducted to follow up concerns identified at the last inspection.”

“The last rating for this service was requires improvement (published 15 November 2022). We identified breaches of Regulations in relation to safe care, person centred care, staffing and good governance. At this inspection, we found enough improvement and there were no breaches of Regulations.”
