“The home was clean and welcoming. Equipment was serviced regularly and environmental checks were completed to ensure the safety of the service. People received their medications as prescribed.”

“Staff had received appropriate training and had regular supervisions. Staff were recruited safely, with appropriate pre‑employment checks completed. Staff told us they were happy at Madelayne Court and were passionate about the people they supported.”
