Enough staff with the right skills, qualifications and experience were deployed to meet people’s needs in a timely way and manage risk to people’s health and well-being. Staff received training, were supervised effectively and supported by the management team.”

“The environment and equipment met people’s needs safely. Infection prevention and control measures were effective. The service was clean, and well-maintained with plans in place to improve décor and furnishings. Medicines were managed safely.”

“Processes which supported people to consent to care and treatment were in place and staff understood their responsibilities to gain consent. Best interest decisions were made appropriately for people who did not have capacity to do so.”
