“Dates of assessment were from 18 March 2026 to 2 April 2026. We visited the office on the 18 March 2026. Heatherstones Court provides accommodation and personal care for up to 15 adults in 12 apartments. The service provides short term residential care and support to enable people to regain independence and skills, lost through illness or injury. When we inspected, 5 people were using the service, however, only 1 person was being supported with personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided.”

“The last comprehensive assessment was carried out in August 2018 and the service was rated Good. Our decision to inspect the service was due to the age of this rating.”
