“We found high level care delivered to people, which ensured consistently good experiences and outcomes for people. People had been supported to socially engage with each other. The provider demonstrated innovative ways to promote experiences for people whilst maintaining and respecting their choices. For example, people were involved in designing and maintaining the home’s large garden. These experiences had a highly positive impact for people. Staff were kind, caring and supportive. They were committed to supporting people to live the way they wanted to. People were fully in control of their care and support. They were supported to achieve goals they had set. Staff prioritised supporting people to be as independent as possible.”
