“Date of Assessment: 14 May 2026. The Martlets provides accommodation with nursing care for younger people, older people with nursing needs, and some who were living with dementia and complex needs. This assessment was completed due to the length of time since the previous inspection. The provider was previously in breach of legal regulations around dignity and respect and person-centred care. Further areas for improvement were also identified in relation to assessments of capacity, the provision of meaningful activities and quality monitoring and governance. Improvements were found at this assessment, and the provider was no longer in breach of the regulations. The overall rating has improved from Requires Improvement to Good.”
