“Date of assessment 29 July to 19 September 2025. Fleming Court provides accommodation for up to 69 people who require nursing or personal care. When we inspected 63 people were living at the home. This inspection was triggered due to the time since we last inspected the service.”
“There were sufficient staff to meet people’s needs in a timely way. New staff were recruited safely. Staff provided outstanding care. They demonstrated empathy and embodied the values of person-centred care. Staff were exceptional in supporting people to maintain their independence and be in control to make choices about how their care was provided.”

“Health and safety checks and risk assessments were completed to maintain a safe environment. The environment was clean and well-maintained. Incidents and accidents were investigated and analysed to identify areas for improvement and learn lessons.”
