Staff had clear guidance to follow in people’s care plans and other important care documents containing information about people’s needs, wants and likes which were individualised.”

“A variety of activities were available for people to be involved in, including a gardening club, regular quizzes, chair exercises and singing alongside opportunities to practice their religious beliefs, such as holy communion on Sundays and other religious activities facilitated by staff and open to all non-dependant on if they were religious.”
