“The service provided support to people with a learning disability and autistic people. We assessed the service against ‘Right support, Right care, Right culture’ guidance to make judgements about whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted.”
“The service supported people in line with ‘Right support, Right care, Right culture’. People regularly accessed the community and took part in activities in line with their interests. People were supported by staff who knew them well. People were offered choices and were supported to be independent.”
“Staff spoke positively about working for the service. They felt training was comprehensive and felt well supported. Leaders completed a range of audits to ensure compliance.”
