Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is to help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. At the time of our assessment the service provided 3 people with personal care support.”

“Leaders and staff demonstrated a clear and shared vision centred on listening, learning, and trust. Staff understood their responsibilities, felt confident in raising concerns and feedback, and were committed to continuously improving the quality of care provided. This positive culture promoted openness and effective learning from incidents and complaints, which were appropriately investigated and managed.”

Staff identified and managed risks effectively, worked collaboratively with health and social care professionals, and monitored people's health and wellbeing to help achieve positive outcomes.
