“Your TL Homecare is a domiciliary care agency providing personal care to adults living in their own homes, to support them to live as independently as possible. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) only inspects services where people receive the regulated activity of personal care. At the time of this assessment, 43 people were receiving support with personal care. The service supports adults with a wide range of needs, including people living with dementia, physical disabilities, and mental health needs,Overall, people experienced safe, effective, caring, responsive and well led care. Since the last inspection in November 2022, the provider had strengthened governance and quality assurance processes to improve oversight, learning and service quality.Systems were in place to assess, monitor and review care, risks and performance. Staff worked closely with people, relatives and professionals to provide personalised care and respond to changing needs.People told us they felt safe, listened to and involved in decisions about their care.”

“There was a positive culture of learning and improvement, with feedback, audits and reviews used to support the ongoing development of the service. Governance arrangements continued to develop, and the provider demonstrated a commitment to further strengthening quality assurance processes.  ”
