“Date of assessment: 2 April 2025 and 11 April 2025. Your Life, Your Home is a supported living service. Staff support people in their own flat within a large building with communal areas. Staff were supporting a total of 17 people but only 6 received the regulated activity of personal care. We completed this assessment to check people were safe following a safeguarding incident.”
“We have assessed the service against ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ guidance to make judgements about whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted.”

“At this assessment, we found some minor shortfalls in the reviewing and maintenance of care records. This had not impacted people’s care as staff knew people well. There were enough staff to meet people’s needs. Staff had received training and supervision to develop their skills. Staff referred people to healthcare professionals when their needs changed and followed their guidance. Staff understood their role and responsibility to make sure people remained as independent as possible and made informed choices.”
