People and relatives told us they felt they received safe care and that risks to people were managed well. The staff had a good awareness of how to raise concerns if they suspected abuse. Systems were in place to manage any concerns that were raised. Staff and people benefited from an open and positive culture that had been developed by the registered manager. People were supported by a team of staff who knew them well. Staff felt valued, undertook regular training and received supervision.”
