“Superhealthcare Ltd is a domiciliary care agency that provides personal care to people within their own homes. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) only inspects the specific personal care aspects of the service, which include assistance with eating and personal hygiene. However, when these services are delivered, we also take any broader social care support into consideration. At the time of this inspection, several individuals were actively receiving support from the service.”
“We initiated this comprehensive inspection of Superhealthcare Ltd in response to concerns raised about the service. Inspection activity began on 17 June 2026, which included an announced on-site visit on 19 June 2026, and concluded following off-site assessments on 2 July 2026. As part of this comprehensive review, we evaluated 34 quality statements across five key areas: Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, and Well-led.”

Robust policies ensured safe medicines management, reliable home care, and swift responses to any emerging concerns. Furthermore, staff fully understood and applied all safeguarding and infection control processes. Staff empowered people to make their own choices, consistently seeking consent in line with the Mental Capacity Act.”
