Seven Hills Homecare

“Date of assessment: 15 May to 30 May 2025. Seven Hills Homecare is a care at home service providing support to adults living in their own homes. At the time of our assessment there were 53 people receiving personal care. This was the first assessment of this service. We looked at all quality statements in order to provide a rating. The service has been rated good. Systems and processes were in place to ensure lessons were learnt when things went wrong. Risks associated with people’s care and support were identified and managed to keep people safe. People received their medicines from staff who were trained and competent to administer medicines safely. Staff were trained and supported to deliver safe care and staff knew people well. Processes were in place to ensure people were able to raise concerns and appropriate action was taken to rectify them. People were involved in their care planning and their preferences and choices were included to ensure people received their support how they wanted. The provider had a good governance system which supported them to monitor and review the service and identify any actions to improve.”
