“Santhem Care provides personal care and support to people who require assistance in their own homes. This is a domiciliary care service. At the time of our assessment, 1 person was receiving a regulated activity. A further 4 people were supported with the administration of their medicines; however, CQC only inspects services where people receive personal care. Personal care includes support with tasks such as personal hygiene and eating. Where this is provided, we also consider any wider social care support delivered by the service.”

“The service was delivering care in line with expected standards, with systems in place to support quality and consistency. Processes were in place to help protect the person from harm and manage risks appropriately.”
