“Care plans provided information on how to keep people safe, which staff followed. Risks to people were assessed and mitigated.”
“There was enough staff to support people and they had been recruited safely. Staff had received training; however, some refresher training was outstanding. People told us they were consulted about all aspects of their care.”
“Governance processes were in place relevant to the size of the service; however, the registered manager had a good knowledge of how these processes would need to be developed as their business grows.”
