“The service has been rated good. People felt safe and were supported by staff who understood how to protect people from abuse and avoidable harm.”
“The rotas were managed well. Carers were punctual visiting people on time and they were not rushed. Staff were recruited safely. Staff told us they felt valued and received good support from the registered manager. Medicines were managed safely.”
