“Date of Assessment: 3 October 2025 to 16 October 2025. The service is a domiciliary care agency providing care and support to people living in their own homes. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. At the time of the inspection, 55 people were receiving support from the service.”
“Service users consistently reported feeling safe and well cared for by staff, with relatives expressing confidence in the service’s ability to respond effectively during emergencies. The provider demonstrated a commitment to person-centred care by tailoring support to individual needs, preferences, and backgrounds. Care planning was collaborative and responsive, with regular reviews and adjustments made to reflect changing circumstances. Staff were proactive in promoting independence and choice, using creative communication methods and ensuring that people remained involved in decisions about their care.”
