We assessed 22 quality statements in all 5 key questions. The service is a care at home service providing live-in care and support to adults of all ages living in their own homes. At the time of the inspection 59 people were using the service. CQC only inspects where people are receiving the regulated activity personal care. The provider was previously in breach of the legal regulations in relation to safe care and treatment, safeguarding service users from abuse and improper treatment, fit and proper persons employed, need for consent and good governance. Improvements were found at this inspection, and the provider was no longer in breach of these regulations.
