“Assessment activity started on 7 March 2024 and ended on 25 March 2024. We visited the service on 7 and 12 March 2024. We looked at 15 quality statements. We looked at all the quality statements under the key question of Effective. We also looked at the following quality statements, Safeguarding; Involving people to manage risks; Safe and effective staffing; Independence choice and control; Providing information; Equity in experiences and outcomes; Governance and assurance; Partnerships and communities and Learning improvement and innovation.”
