The inspection record

Rated Good overall. Report published 4 March 2026.

“Date of assessment: 6 February to 19 February 2026. This service is a domiciliary care service providing personal care for people living in their own homes in the community. They provide support to people with a range of different needs including older people, people with dementia and people with physical disabilities. At the time of the assessment 21 people were using the service who were receiving the regulated activity of personal care. Not everyone who uses a domiciliary service receives personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care.”

“This service was previously rated requires improvement and was in breach of the legal regulation in relation to safe care and treatment and good governance. Improvements were found at this assessment, and the service was no longer in breach of these regulations. At this assessment we reviewed the key questions of Safe, Effective and Well-led and rated the provider good overall.”
