The inspection record
Rated Good overall. Report published 11 August 2026.
“Date of assessment 23 June 2026 to 16 July 2026.”
“Pembroke Care is a domiciliary care agency providing personal care to people in their own homes. This assessment was carried out in response to concerns regarding the governance of the service and following a change of ownership. At the previous inspection, the service was in breach of regulations relating to safe care and treatment, good governance. We found improvements had been made and the service was no longer in breach of these regulations.”
