“We carried out this assessment based on the date of our last rating. The last rating for this service was good (published 25 October 2019). The service remains good. People received safe care. Risks had been assessed and planned for. People received their medicines safely and as prescribed. There were enough staff and people were cared for by the same familiar staff, who knew them well. People’s needs had been assessed and they were able to make choices about their care. People were treated with kindness and respect. People were supported to learn skills and maintain independence. Staff felt well supported and had opportunities to learn about best practice. There were effective systems for monitoring and improving the quality of the service.”
