“Staff were knowledgeable about the individual needs of people. Care records were well kept and regularly audited by managers. Consent was always sought when providing care and people were involved in care planning and decisions around their care needs.”
“Managers and senior staff prioritised staff wellbeing in regular supervision and with recognition of staff achievements. People and staff were encouraged to provide regular feedback as well as on an ad hoc basis. They told us they felt able to do so and listened to when they did. This was evident in complaint records and team meeting notes.”
