“Date of assessment: 7 October to 21 November 2024. We found there was a strong culture of personalised care where people were involved in shaping the development of their service and the wider company. People were happy with their care and felt their independence had improved. They praised staff for their caring and professional manner. Staff were well supported and enjoyed working for the company. However, some risk assessments needed more detail, and some parts of the recruitment process required more assurance. The Mental Capacity Act policy required further review and Care Quality Commission notifications had not always been submitted when required.”
