They worked well with other professionals and agencies to support transitions and provide joined‑up care, and people and relatives said the office team were easy to contact. Staff supported people to improve their independence.”

“Staff treated people with kindness, dignity and respect and knew people’s preferences. Staff well-being was also prioritised.”

“Care was well-coordinated, with consistent staffing and rotas arranged around people’s preferences. Communication needs were recorded and people and relatives had opportunities to share feedback.”

“Staff spoke positively about the supportive culture and staff felt able to speak up. Governance systems had been strengthened but had not identified some of the concerns we found on inspection. The management team were responsive to learning, development and improvement across the service.”

“However, risk management required improvement and recruitment records contained some gaps. Medicines management needed strengthening to ensure all guidance and time‑specific administration were accurately recorded and followed. The management team also needed to improve their knowledge around mental capacity.”
