At the time of the assessment, there were 10 people being supported, all who were receiving the regulated activity of personal care.”

“Mental capacity assessments had not been completed by the provider, however there was evidence of discussion with the relevant people, and how best to support care. Staff demonstrated an understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and what this meant.”
“Systems and processes were in place to carry out audits and implement lessons learnt where needed. Meeting minutes were in place which showed that the lessons learnt and actions taken had been shared with staff to ensure that the changes were implemented.”
