“Staff were open and direct when reporting any concern or incident these were recorded and responded to appropriately. Any safeguarding issue was identified to the registered manager who ensured these were raised with the local authority as necessary. Outcomes were used for learning and to improve practice where possible.”

“There were sufficient staff employed who had the appropriate skills and competence to support people safely. Agency staff used completed an induction programme and the registered manager confirmed they were now included in the staff mandatory training. Staff followed safe infection control practice and used personal protective equipment (PPE) when needed. Medicines were well managed by staff suitably trained to do so.”
