“We carried out this assessment between 11 December 2023 and 12 December 2023. We looked at how CM Supported Living Services assessed and planned for people's care needs, and how they trained and supervised staff to support people according to their needs and preferences.”
“CM Supported Living Services supports people with personal care in their own homes, including supporting people recently discharged from hospital to regain their independence. The provider's processes and procedures supported staff to deliver good quality care which met people's needs and respected people's wishes and dignity.”
