“We carried out our on-site assessment on 16 July 2026. We looked at all quality statements relating to areas in Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-led. The assessment was carried out due to an aged rating.”

“We found the provider was in breach of 2 regulations in relation to safe care and treatment, and good governance. For example, important information about how to support people with manual handling was lacking in care plans. The provider also failed to have oversight of reportable incidents such as safeguarding’s.”
“The suitability and fitness of staff to work in social care had been checked. People received continuity of care from staff who were familiar with their needs, preferences and daily routines. Staff used personal protective equipment appropriately and safe infection prevention and control was managed well.”
